- BB Organ does not sell or distribute its customer's information in any way. All transactions through the site are encrypted using high grade encryption. We take your privacy and security seriously.
- Returns & Replacements

- All products returned for credit, refund, or replacement must be returned in the original condition including, packaging, documentation, manual, and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all returned shipments.
- Items lost in transit to BB Organ are the responsibility of the customer
- We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing an exchange, credit, or refund.
- Defective Merchandise
- Any product that is DOA "dead on arrival" to US customers may be returned for exchange within 15 days of the original shipping date.
- Restocking Fee

- All non defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any product refused upon delivery will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Any order canceled after products shipped will also be subject to the same 15% fee
- Any down payment on an item will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
- Any items returned back to Hammond Suzuki are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is their restocking fee!
- NonRefundable Items

- Labor
- Opened software
- Any items that are defaced, modified, or physically damaged by the end-user.
- Any tube, capacitor, transistor, or other individual electronic component that has been installed.
